What server am I on?

To find out what server your website are hosted on do the following:
  1. Log into your exelwebs client area
  2. On the menu click on "Services"
  3. Next click on "My Services"
  4. Locate the hosting account you are interested in
  5. Click "View Details" to the right of it
  6. Click "Login to cPanel"
  7. At the bottom of the left hand column click where it says "expand stats"
  8. Look for "Server Name"
What if I want to use exelmail and I can't be bothered to do all the above?
  • If you are 100% sure your email address and password are correct you can try each server and see if you can get in.
  • There is only 3 choices available at this time. Make sure to not try to many times, you will get logged out from the server.
