What happened to the search engine submittal that was in cpanel?

It was removed by cPanel because all search engines submittal is a scam.
The search engines want to be as organic as possible and people submitting their sites is not organic.
All search engines now have bots that will find your site automatically.
To increase the amount of bots that find your site, get other sites to link to your site.
